The files in this ZIP are CARtoon animations for use with NeoBook for Windows. Some are of my own dezign but most were animated GIFs that I found on the web and converted into CAR files... Also available is a handy PUB file utility for viewing CAR files while working in NeoBook!             Visit the CAR Lot!

Iconz

• NeoBook doesn't compile 256 color icons faithfully. As a result the icon that you choose for your masterpiece is sometimes butchered at compilation. I set out to gather all the best of the best 16 color iconz I could possibly find. Most of these 16 color iconz use the same coloring and painting technique as the standard Windows 95 iconz. Others were originally 256 color icons that I converted down to 16 colors. If they didn't convert down well, or I couldn't re-paint them to my liking, they were pitched! I'm picky...
